The room is not furnished, has its own fiber optic internet connection and a French balcony. Large, open-plan living and kitchen area of 60 m2 with loggia/terrace. Central, quiet location but only 2 minutes' walk from Altstetten railway station. Ideal connection to several public transports. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We are 2 men over 25, both in relationships. We are preferably looking for the third man who has a good lifestyle and is a non-smoker. The flat is well equipped (2 fridges/ 2 freezers) and maintained and cleaned every two weeks.
