One room will become available in our 3-room JUWO apartment starting from July 1st. The contract is limited until November 30th, as the building will be torn down after that. The rent is CHF 409 per month. All of the furniture seen in the photos (except for the grey sideboard at the end of the bed) is for sale for CHF 500 and needs to be taken over by the new tenant. Since this is a JUWO apartment, you must meet the JUWO eligibility criteria.

JUWO Eligibility Criteria:

Age: Between 16 and 28 years old
Income: Maximum gross annual income of CHF 30,000
Educational Status: Currently enrolled in education (e.g., studies, apprenticeship, internship) and capable of managing daily life independently
