I'm looking for a new flatmate starting from the first of july!

A little about me:
I'm Maud, 22 (F) years old and I speak german, english and french fluently.
I'll be starting my masters in environmental engineering next year.
In my free time I like playing volleyball, dancing and doing crafts with my friends :).

I'd love to welcome a clean, friendly, life-loving,communicative and non-smocking female flatmate. I'd like our home to be a tidy, cozy common space, where everyone's boundaries are respected, lightheartedness is welcomed and friendly chats are shared around spontaneous meals.

The appartment has:
- 2 bedrooms (yours is 11 m2)
- a sunlit living room with balcony (with a nice little view over the city :) )
- kitchen with dishwasher
- a shared bathroom (with a bathtub)
- you can use the washing machine and dryer for free in the cellar
- there is also a shared storage space in the cellar
- the place is fully furnished except for your room. However the room has an integrated wardrobe

The apartement is situated in a peaceful neighborhood next to the Käferberg forest. It is well connected. You can reach Oerlikon Bahnhof & ETH Höggerberg in 20 min through line 80, Bucheggplatz in 10 min through lines 40 & 32 and the city center in 25 min. You can also walk through the forest to reach ETH Hönggerberg in 15 min by foot. There is a variety of grocery stores in the vacinity ranging from Denner, Coop Pronto to Aksa (Turkish Store) and many more.
