Ich vermiete leider kurzfristig vor der besten Zeit des Jahres dieses schöne Zimmer im Herzen von Zürich – nur 2 Gehminuten von der Limmat entfernt. Supermärkte und ÖV (Escher-Wyss-Platz) sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Etagen im 7. Stock. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Etage und kommt mit einem eigenen privaten Bad. Im mittleren Stockwerk erwartet dich eine offene Loft-Atmosphäre mit bodentiefen Fenstern, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich. Oben befindet sich das Highlight: eine grosse Dachterrasse – perfekt zum Grillieren, Entspannen und für Apéros im Sommer.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner Christina und Kevin (25–30 Jahre) sind offen, unkompliziert und unternehmen gerne etwas – ob gemeinsames Chillen, Gäste einladen oder kreative Abende.
Die Möbel im Zimmer können gerne übernommen werden.

I'm renting out my room on short notice – just before the best time of the year – right in the heart of Zurich, only a 2-minute walk from the Limmat river. Supermarkets and public transport (Escher-Wyss-Platz) are just around the corner.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor and spread over three levels. Your room is on the lower floor and comes with a private bathroom. The middle floor offers a cozy loft-style space with floor-to-ceiling windows, a living room, kitchen, and dining area.
At the top, you'll find a spacious rooftop terrace – ideal for BBQs, relaxing, or enjoying an apéro in the summer.
Your future flatmates, Christina and Kevin (both mid/late 20s), are easygoing and always up for fun – whether that's hanging out on the terrace with friends or enjoying a quiet tea and painting session.
The room can be rented furnished (ideally the furniture stays).
Move-in date: July 1st.
