Ich ziehe mit meinem Partner zusammen und suche daher einen Nachmieter/in für mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer in einer 2er-WG im beliebten Kreis 4 ab dem 01.08. (ggf. Einzug auch schon ab dem 15.07. möglich)
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, aber ruhig – in Gehdistanz findest du zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und alles, was das Stadtleben sonst noch so schön macht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Zimmer:

• Nicht möbliert
• Grosses Fenster
• Ideal zum Arbeiten, Entspannen und Wohlfühlen
• Schrank müsste übernommen werden (90 CHF)

Zur Wohnung:

• Geteiltes Bad
• Küche mit allem, was man braucht
• Balkon (perfekt für Sommerabende!)

Dein Mitbewohner:
Johan, 34, ist berufstätig, oft unterwegs und ein entspannter, rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner. In seiner Freizeit ist er viel draußen beim Klettern, Wandern oder Biken.
Miete:
1350 CHF
Kaution: 3x Monatsmiete
