The apartment is very well located (10min walk from HB and the Limmat), in a lively neighborhood at Langstrasse. The flat is for the location quiet (5th and 6th floor) and has a nice architectural design. It's distributed on 3 floors and there's also a huge private rooftop with a panoramic view of the city.
The room is bright (to the backyard), spacious (35m2), and has its own bathroom. It's partly furnished (closets, desk) and the furniture can be sold as well.
You'll be sharing the common areas with three people (2m,1f) from different countries and age groups (25-50).
The rent is CHF 1575, plus a bit more (approx 50 CHF) for wifi and cleaning services. There's also a two-month deposit.
