Room in 3.5-room apartment 4 minutes walking to Zurich Enge (2 people WG) - 1,475 CHF incl. utilities ideally starting in May (female preferred)

• I am looking for someone to join my 2-people WG in Zurich Enge ideally starting in May, but flexible on date
• Shared flat with large room, renovated kitchen, balcony and own washer/dryer - the flat is furnished, and the room as well, however we are flexible to sell the furniture or you can choose to bring your own
• Zurich Enge in a very quiet neighborhood, and just 4 minutes walking to Zurich Enge Banhof also 5 minutes walking to SihlCity shopping center
• 1,550 CHF per month incl. utilities

I am a spanish, 27 years old (female) and working in Zurich. I would be looking for somebody that enjoys occasional cooking evenings, sports or walks. I value tidiness and cleanliness and like to have a balance of social but also quiet time in the flat.
