I am moving out, so my room in a 3 person WG is vacant.

The room is 17 m², has a beautiful view of the mountains, and comes comfortably furnished (double bed, table, chair and desk, wardrobe). The apartment is 100 m² with 3 rooms, including a spacious 30 m² living room. It's located in a quiet area, very close to greenery.

We live just 8 minutes from the university by foot (no hills – it's flat!), and two very practical bus lines stop right in front of the house. It's about 10 minutes by bus to the train station.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, plates, glasses, etc. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and WiFi.

The room is available from mid July but I am flexible in this regard.

🏡 WG life: You'll be living with two friendly and respectful flatmates (both master students), who enjoy a relaxed and tidy environment. Sometimes we cook or hang out together, but everyone also values their own space.
