I'm looking for a roommate for my 4.5-room apartment (2.0 sqm) in Baar!

I'm Michael, 29 years old, originally from Bavaria, and I work full-time at a finance company in Zug. In my spare time I play ice hockey, go snowboarding or hiking in the mountains, or spend time with friends in the city.

Room
The room for rent has 9 sqm and is furnished, but you can also bring your own furniture. It has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer (which I share).

Apartment
The bright apartment (2.0 sqm) is modern and has a spacious, open kitchen with a dishwasher, a large living room, and a sunny balcony (incl barbecue) with a view of the greenery.
In addition to a storage room and a large closet in the entrance area, there is a big basement compartment. Another room can be used as storage or as an office. There is also the option of renting a parking space in the underground garage (CHF 2.0.-/month).

Location
The apartment is in a green and quiet area in Baar. It is only a 10-minute walk to Baar train station with commuting options to Zurich (approx. 20 mins) and Lucerne (approx. 30 mins), and the highway can be reached in just 3 minutes.

I would like to live together in a relaxed atmosphere - I like to have a beer together after work or talk about the world, but everyone should also have their own space to relax.
