Ich bin Kevin, Mitte 30 und auf der Suche nach einem netten neuen Mitbewohner/in. Ich bin sehr umgänglich, arbeite viel, mag die Wohnung sauber und schätze ein respektvolles Zusammenleben.

• Die 3.5 Zimmerwohnung wird als 2er WG genutzt
• Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Bahnhof Altstetten (3 - 4 Minuten zu Fuss)
• Die Schlafzimmer sind riesig (könnten auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden)
• Die Möbel sind in neuem Zustand
• Die Küche ist ebenfalls frisch renoviert
• Dein Zimmer hat einen privaten Balkon

Die Bilder sind von der Verwaltung. Die Wohnung und dein Zimmer ist mittlerweile möbliert. :)

Besichtigungstermine können gerne via Kontaktformular vereinbart werden. Auch online-viewings sind möglich.

• The bedrooms are huge (could also be used as a living room)
