Wir ziehen am 5. August in eine brandneue Wohnung im 15. Stock eines neugebauten Wohnkomplexes im Areal Zwhatt in Regensdorf ein.

Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (75 m²) verfügt über:
• Ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit moderner Küche
• Zwei Schlafzimmer
• Ein Balkon mit Südausrichtung und den ganzen Tag Sonne
• Ein Badezimmer
• Ein eigenes Waschzimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner

Die S-Bahn-Station Regensdorf liegt direkt unter dem Gebäude – in 15 Minuten ist man am Zürich HB!
In unmittelbarer Nähe (unter 3 Gehminuten): Aldi, Coop, Denner.
Im Areal gibt es außerdem ein neues, stylisches Café/Bar, das auch Open-Air-Kino veranstaltet.

👋 Wer wir sind

Wir sind Blanca (Spanierin) und Yasin (Österreicher), ein Paar, das vor Kurzem aus Spanien nach Zürich gezogen ist.
Blanca ist Grafikdesignerin, Yasin Ingenieur.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir sind offen, kommunikativ und respektieren gleichzeitig den persönlichen Raum.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Wen wir suchen

Eine verantwortungsbewusste, ordentliche Person mit positiver Energie, die gerne auch mal auf einen Kaffee plaudert, aber Privatsphäre schätzt.

Das Zimmer wird ab 1. September 2025 untervermietet, mindestens bis Ende des Jahres, mit Option auf Verlängerung.

On August 5th, we're moving into a brand-new apartment on the 15th floor of a modern residential complex in the Zwhatt area, Regensdorf.

The 3-room apartment (75 m²) includes:
• Spacious living room with open kitchen
• Two bedrooms
• Balcony facing south with sun all day long
• Bathroom
• Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer

The Regensdorf train station is located right under the building – it takes just 15 minutes to reach Zürich HB!
Within a 3-minute walk: Aldi, Coop, Denner.
There's also a fancy, modern café/bar in the area, hosting outdoor summer cinema.

• 12 m², bright, with direct access to the balcony
• South-facing with lots of light
• Optionally furnished (bed, desk, dresser etc.) – to be discussed

👋 Who we are

We're Blanca (from Spain) and Yasin (Austrian), a couple recently moved from Spain to Zurich.
Blanca is a graphic designer, Yasin is an engineer.

We value cleanliness and order, are open-minded and friendly, and also respect privacy and quiet moments.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who we're looking for

A responsible, tidy person with a positive spirit, who's up for the occasional chat but also appreciates personal space.

The room is available starting September 1st, 2025, at least until the end of the year, and can be extended by mutual agreement.

• The building is brand new and still empty, but we're moving in with all our furniture
• The room can be ready by September, possibly earlier by agreement
