We are renting a room in our 3.5 room apartment.

About us:
We are a couple in our late 20s who like hiking swimming and running. Both of us are busy most of the days either on work or studies when not cooking or doing stuff we like. We have prior experience sharing room with a third person and it worked well for both of us. We are non-smokers and very rare drinkers.

Who are we looking for:
Someone working or studying right now and be willing to take contract for a year. We would prefer someone nonsmoking, have a personal liability insurance.

What is included:
Apartment is fully furnished so you don't have to carry anything apart from your clothes, toiletries, sheets, and pillow. We provide dishwasher, wifi and cable. Nebenkosten are included (if these become more than what is anticipated we will let you know.) You can use the common area amicably.

What is not included:
Any third part cleaning services. Hygiene and cleaning materials (going dutch).

P.s. If you like we can share lunch or dinner and a movie night during weekends and share great conversations.
