Me (28 years old woman) is looking for a new roomie (women only).
My current flat mate is going for a language course abroad and we are looking for someone who can take over the room from the earliest of 01.05.2025 or later. We can discuss the dates as we are pretty flexible. Room would be available from 01.05.2025 till 30.09.2025. End date is not possible to extend as of now, perhaps closer to the date something might change.

The room is completely furnished, and it has key, so you can close it anytime. Recently my flat mate had bought a big closet (visible on the picture), as well as computer chair and some cute white stools. My roomie will also leave bed linens and some kitchen utensils for a new tenant, such as rice cooker, air fryer (details to discuss). She would like to receive 200CHF for all the furnitures and kitchen appliances.

Monthly gross rent is 1050 CHF including all expenses, as well as Wi-Fi. Deposit equals to 2100 CHF. In the basement there is a washing machine, where we have our slot booked but we also wash outside of our usual hours. There was never a problem with availability of washing room. There is also a drying room downstairs. Flat is completely furnished and has all you need, so you can move in comfortably from the first day.

The flat is 10 mins drive to Oerlikon. Closest supermarket (Aldi) is 3 stops away by bus and there is a small Coop (visible on the pic) just on the other side of the street to make the necessary shopping. In 2 minutes you are in the "green area"-> Katzenbach, which is full of "runners" and sport enthusiast all year around.

ABOUT ME:
I am 28 years old woman from Germany, working as an architect. I am in the office every day and almost every weekend away. I like art and photography. I speak German, English and Spanish.
I am looking for a woman around same age, preferably working professional, but this is not a prerequisite to be chosen 😊
