Für das dritte Zimmer in unserer 3er WG suchen wir, Flavio und Michael, eine weitere Person mit Einzug ab 1. Juni 2025 (nach Vereinbarung) und unbefristet.

Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist 14.5 qm gross (3,1 x 4,4 m), unmöbliert und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es hat zwei grosse Fenster mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, durch die viel Tageslicht ins Zimmer scheint.

Wohnung:
Die (120 qm grosse**)** Wohnung ist ein Neubau aus dem Jahr 2011, voll möbliert, mit high speed Internet und in top Zustand. Sie befindet sich im 3. OG, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Neben drei Einzelzimmern verfügt die Wohnung über ein grossflächiges und lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Ofen und Spülmaschine, 2 komplette Bäder, einen Balkon sowie einen Keller zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Staubsaug- und Wischroboter sowie Drucker zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten im Freien sind vorhanden, ein permanenter Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist gegen Aufpreis verfügbar, insofern Parkplätze unvermietet sind. Zudem gibt es einen abschliessbaren Fahrradstellplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Lage:

Wir, Flavio und Michael, sind zwei aufgeschlossene, sportliche und verantwortungsbewusste Jungs (38 und 36 Jahre), die Wert auf ein gesellschaftliches Miteinander, gute Unterhaltung und Sauberkeit legen. Michael arbeitet bei einer grossen Schweizer Bank. Flavio ist Unternehmer und Investor bei Startups. In unserer Freizeit kochen wir gelegentlich zusammen, machen Sport oder unternehmen Wochenendtrips. Zudem interessieren wir uns für Themen wie neue Technologien, Blockchain, Investieren, Fitness, Entrepreneurship und Wissenschaft.

Mietpreis
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 1070 Franken pro Monat und ist inklusive Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Billag. Die Kaution in Höhe von 3 Monatsmieten beträgt 3210 Franken.

Profile

For the third room in our 3-people WG we, Flavio and Michael are looking for another person. The move in date is from June 1st 2025 onwards.

Room:
The room is 14.5 sqm (3.3 x 4.4 m), unfurnished and very quiet. It has two large windows overlooking the backyard, through which plenty of sunshine comes in.

Flat:
The (120 sqm) apartment is a new building from 2011, fully furnished, with high speed internet and in top condition. It is located on the 3rd floor, an elevator is available. In addition to three separate rooms, the apartment has a large and light-flooded living room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 2 complete bathrooms, a balcony and a cellar for common use. Washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. The apartment has a Roborock for automated vacuuming and mopping and a printer for shared use. Outdoor parking is available via Blue zones within a few minutes walking., and a permanent parking space in the underground car park is offered at an additional cost (CHF 160 a month, subject to availability). There is also a lockable bicycle parking space in the underground car park.

Location:
The apartment is conveniently located, yet quietly located by S-Bahn and bus stop directly in front of the door.
