Zimmer zu vermieten - 8005 Zürich, Quellenstrasse 49

Looking for a roommate in a 3 person WG, available on 12th of May. Preferably someone with work permit / work contract. Location is very central, right next to the tram station and a couple stations away from Zurich HB / one station away from Migros. Apartment has bathtub, dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine. Note that the room is partly furnished, and rent does not include internet, electricity, and Serafe. This is a permanent lease, and you would be getting the biggest room.

You would be living with me (Derek) and Alessandro. A bit about us:
Derek (29):
-Grew up in Switzerland, Peru, and Canada.
- Supply Chain Consultant. Loves electronic music (but really all kinds of music) and video games. Always down for a round of Mario Kart or some board games
- Likes to visit art exhibitions, record shops, jazz concerts, or just try out some new activity
-I just bought a bunch of camping gear and am looking for a camping buddy this year so let me know if you are down to go explore a bit :)

Alessandro (22):
-Very Italian
- Master's student in Robotics at ETH.
-Loves dancing.
- Likes going out, travelling, attending concerts, playing board games, spending time with friends.

During the week we are usually working until late. We sometimes do things together, and other times like to have our own space. We like to keep the apartment clean, but it doesn't have to always be spotless / it's ok if you leave stuff out for a day.
