Looking for a young professional to rent a nice and big bedroom around 19m2 (south oriented). Unfurnished in the heart of Gundeldingen.

Good connection to public transport and supermarkets by 3-5 minutes walking.

The flat is shared with 1 person (Irene, 26 yo, from Spain). She likes photography, handcraft activities, going to the gym, playing padel, pottery, cooking, cats... and many other hobbies.

The full flat is furnished except for the rented room.
The price includes the rent (including expenses), single of the small bathroom and single use of the fridge (meaning, fridge just for yourself), apart from the use of every other area in the flat (balcony, livingroom, kitchen and main bathroom).

I'm looking for a person (men or women) that is tidy and clean, wants to develop a nice flatmates relation, with the aim of doing things together and activities in the flat.

Communication is key in order to share a home, if you're not willing to speak openly about how to share chores, and any potential missunderstanding, i would not recommend to apply.
