We are looking for a new roommate for our 4-person shared apartment in a modern 5.5-room flat. The rental period is limited to a minimum of 6 months with the option for a whole year, and the room is unfurnished.
About the apartment:

• 5.5-room apartment with approximately 2.0 m²
• Small terrace for cozy summer evenings 🌇
• Own washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• Dishwasher available
• Bicycle storage and separate cellar compartment
• Bright, spacious living room with plenty of space

About us: We are three working professionals from Spain, the Netherlands, and Germany, all around 28 years old. Life in our shared apartment is relaxed, respectful, and easygoing.
Who we are looking for: Ideally, you are between 25 and 35 years old, young at heart, employed, and value cleanliness. It would be great if you are eager to actively participate in shared life and help shape our living environment.
Occasional shared evenings or an after-work beer would be nice, but it's not a must – we also appreciate each person's personal space and privacy.
