I'm Alex, and I have a room available for rent immediately in my spacious and cozy flat on Albisriederstrasse. If you're looking for a comfortable home with a friendly atmosphere, this could be the perfect place for you!
About the Room & Apartment:

• Rent: 1,250 CHF per month (incl. charges)
• Furnishing: The room is furnished with a bed and a closet
• Availability: Immediately – long-term or short-term stays are both welcome! The most important thing is that you're a nice and respectful person.
• Shared Spaces: We will be sharing two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), two spacious living rooms, and a lovely balcony. Washmachine and dryer are in the basement to share but we can wash whenever its free.
• Parking: Private parking is available in front of the house for an extra fee.

About Me: I'm Alex, 35 years old, and I speak both French and English. I love staying active—going to the gym, swimming, and taking long walks in nature. Surfing and traveling are also big passions of mine! I enjoy a healthy, outdoor lifestyle and would love to share my home with someone who appreciates a calm, friendly, and respectful living environment.
