Hey there!
I'm looking for a new tenant to take over my room as I'm moving on to a new job opportunity. Kindly note that we are looking for a tenant who is already employed, and not a student.
A bedroom is located in a 2-floor apartment at the heart of Breitenrain, a neighborhood known for its high quality of life and the amenities it offers. The apartment has a spacious living room equipped with a dining table, a sofa and a large TV screen. There are two bathrooms and you would share it with one of the roommates.
The bedroom is bright, with a nice view of the neighborhood. It comes with a big built-in closet, so you'll have plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings. The room is fully furnished, and if you'd like, I can leave the furniture (no extra charge), if not, it's ready for you to move in and make it your own 😊.
I've lived here for the past 3 years, and let me tell you, the location is great. You're close to everything you need – shops, public transport, and plenty of places to grab a coffee or enjoy a drink. Migros, Coop and the stops of tram 9 and bus 10 are all conveniently located at a maximum 5-minute walking distance and a 6-minute bus ride will take you to Bern's main train station. Diverse shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries and gyms are all one stone's throw away. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away and in only 10 minutes you can reach Rosengarten, Bern's best location. Next to the building there is a large park perfect for lying in the sun and relaxing on a warm afternoon. Last, the location is very quiet, away from major roads.
You'll be sharing the space with two friendly and easy-going roommates: Lieke (from the Netherlands) – she's a physiotherapist who loves running, hitting the gym, or just exploring all the beautiful corners of Switzerland in her free time. Giuseppe (from Italy) – a software engineer who enjoys spending his free time on a tennis court or on the slopes in winter. The atmosphere in the flat is very light, my flatmates enjoy hanging out together, having a chat, or sharing a cup of coffee, but also make sure to respect other's personal space.
