My room in a shared 2-bedroom flat will become available as of 01 April 2025 in an ideal location. Located in Konradstrasse 25 (8005) it is only 100 meters away from Zürich HB, 10-min cycle from the Lake and 2 minute walk to the Limmat. The total rent of the room is CHF1.500 (incl. NK / utilities). Move-In date non-negotiable and only 1 person (not a couple).

The other tenant in the flat is a consultant who travels for work for 80-90% per week and spends a lot of weekends in Italy, so you would pretty much be living there alone most of the time.

The flat is a shared apartment located on the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, hall way and a room with own washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed and built-in wardrobe will remain in the room (take over for free).
