The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both with large windows—one of them with private balcony ! After discussing we can see who gets which The rooms will be unfurnished, so we'll need to arrange for furniture. Exact rent will be 677,5 francs per month plus Serafe and also Internet (in case we don't want to be using hotspots, but we can discuss that). By the way no deposit needed !
There is also of course a big bathroom (note: the bathtub is set to be replaced) and a kitchen, both of which will be shared between us, but unfortunately no living room. Washing machines are located in the basement, along with a cellar with space for storing things or bicycles.
However, I've taken lots of photos and videos, which I'd be happy to share !
I'm looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate (all genders and sexual orientations welcome !) who is in education (Student, Intern etc.) as the apartment as rented by WFS (Wohnräume für Studierende). Ideally you are between 20-26 years old, already with some WG experience, like spending time with flatmates, you are open for discussions but also with respect for other people and their personalities (Homophobia, Racism, Sexism not acceptable). It is also important for me that you can also stick to a minimum of a household chores plan and cleanliness, so the house is not a full mess !. You'll be sharing the flat with me a 24 year old Master Student in Political Science from Greece. I am easy going, friendly and calm but not a big party animal, and I speak fluently four languages (Greek, English, French and German - feel free to reply in any of them). During weekdays I'm not at home for many hours but when I come back, I enjoy cooking or sharing a conversation about society, life or whatever, although I understand and it's fine if others are tired and want to rest a bit (it happens to all of us !). I also like watching movies, going to river for a swim every now and then or going to the city centre and the Langstrasse for a beer or some food, but as mentioned I'm not that much into parties. When I have more time or vacation, I enjoy travelling and exploring the world as much as I can. I'm open to other people's different characteristics and personalities and as mentioned, I would not like or accept any form of discrimination and Fascism, thus I would like it if you also share these values.
