Hello everyone,

I (Emily) will sadly leave my room in a 4 person shared flat, close to Berninaplatz (tram 14 and 10) for the 1st of May. An earlier move-in from April 7 onwards is possible upon agreement.

The ~18 sqm room is fully furnished with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, nightstand and shelf (rugs and cabinet in photos not included). Please note, there is no ability to remove the furniture belonging to the rental company.
The rent includes all utilities and a cleaning lady once per week for the shared areas. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and a thoroughly complete set of dishware and cookware. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
You can ask for a temporary or indefinite contract.
The flat is located on the ground floor which is elevated above street level. There is a shared garden area in the back. The entire building only has 4 units and the upstairs neighbors are quiet and friendly.

The flat offers a convenient place to land for anyone new or familiar with Zurich, and is ideally located within a:

• 6 min walk to Milchbuck (many public transit connections)
• 11 min walk to UZH Irchel (with ASVZ facilities)
• 12 min walk / 2 tram stops to Oerlikon center (Lidl, big MIGROS and Coop, train station)
