The flat is shared with two other people and has a big living room and south-facing balcony with a great view. The flat has two showers/bathrooms. Locationwise: The flat is only 5 min away from the University (USI) by foot and walking to the lake for a refreshing swim only takes 20 min, by bike even less. Ospedale Civico (interesting for medical students) is also only 20 min by foot, the train station or city centre is about 15 min by bus. Rent is CHF 650.- per month.
