(Some possibility to take over the contract in the late summer/fall.)

This is a subsidised apartment with an income cap, meaning your income can be maximum 3'800 CHF/month. If your income exceeds this amount, you unfortunately cannot live here.

- 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) approx. 70 m2
- Fully furnished
- Ground floor with balcony
- Modern kitchen and bathroom
- Shared garden
- 20 min to HB (tram 13 or bus 46)
- 5 min walk to Limmat/Werdinsel
- 10 min to ETH Hönggerberg

About the room:
- Approx. 13 m2
- Large window with view onto the garden
- Furnished

About me:
- 31 y/o, freelancer, from Sweden
- I mostly work at home during the days, and am in the gym during the evenings
- I am very friendly but often somewhat socially exhausted at the end of the day, so prefer my home to be mostly quiet
- I have a dog! A very sweet and cuddly almost 2-year-old labrador :) (Plus points if you are happy to occasionally look after him!)
