Ab 18. Juni (oder nach Vereinbarung) wird ein Zimmer in meiner charmanten 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung frei. Es eignet sich ideal für eine_n Wochenaufenthalter_in oder jemanden, der Teilzeit in Zürich arbeitet und ein Zimmer für einzelne Tage in der Woche sucht.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock in einer wunderschönen, grünen Gegend nahe Hegibachplatz, an der Grenze von Seefeld und Hottingen. Mit dem Tram erreicht man den Bahnhof Stadelhofen in 5 Minuten und den Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, verfügt über schöne alte Parkett- und Fliesenböden und ist minimalistisch mit hochwertigen Design-Möbeln und Ausstattung eingerichtet.

Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 gross und liegt auf der Hofseite. Es ist vollständig möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Lampe). Auf Wunsch werden auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zu mir (W35): Ich bin Nichtraucherin und Frühaufsteherin. Ich arbeite als künstlerische Leiterin eines Kunstvereins sowie als Tanzlehrerin bei der Stadt Zürich. Ich lege grossen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang und pflege einen aktiven und gesunden Lebensstil. Mit mir lebt hier noch ein freundlicher Kater (M3).

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt CHF 1200. Darin sind sämtliche Nebenkosten sowie Ausgaben für Haushaltsartikel enthalten.

Starting June 18th or by arrangement, a room will become available in my charming 3-room apartment in an old building. The room is ideal for someone who works in the city during the week but has another home on the weekends.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a beautiful, green area near Hegibachplatz, on the border of Seefeld and Hottingen. By tram, you can reach Stadelhofen station in 5 minutes and the main train station in 15 minutes. The apartment is very bright, has beautiful old wooden and tiled floors, and is furnished in a minimalist style with high-quality designer furniture and equipment.

The room offered is about 15m² and faces the courtyard. It can be furnished upon request (bed, table, chair, wardrobe). Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request.

About me (W35): I am a non-smoker and early riser. I work as the artistic director of an art association as well as a dance teacher in the city of Zurich. I place great importance on respectful interactions and maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. I also live here with a friendly cat.

The rent for the room is CHF 1200. This includes all utilities as well as expenses for household items.
