Hello everyone!!!

Unfortunately our flat mate is leaving us soon, so we are looking for a new cool :) person to share the flat with us from 01 June.
The apartment is centrally located between Wiedikon and Albisieriplatz and the Altes Krematorium and Utliberg. There are two bus stops right in front of the building and the tram stations Hubertus and Thalwiesenstrasse are 7 minutes walk away. The apartment has all modern conveniences: A large open space with kitchen, dining/living room, two bathrooms,
winter garden, own washing machine with tumbler and a large cellar.
The monthly rent is 1124 chf (service charges included) plus 150 +/- chf for
internet/electricity/weekly cleaning.
You will share the apartment with two nice architects: Jose' (29) and Isabel (32). We are both
easy-going people, we respect our own space, but we also love to chat in the evenings and
share moments together. In the flat we mainly speak English, but if you want you can also
have the opportunity to learn some Portuguese and Spanish.
