A bright and spacious room will be available from April 1st in our 100m² apartment in the heart of Wiedikon. The apartment features:

• A bathroom, kitchen, and separate living room
• An office area, which can also be used as a laundry area
• A spacious bedroom
• A basement area for storage

The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, kalax furniture, drawers and closet. I will be taking with me my mattress (we have an available mattress for sale that has only used 4 times) and my desk and I will be selling the rest of the furniture for a price of TBD.

I am moving out, and you would be sharing the flat with Joanke (31F), who currently works from home as a researcher in sustainability and in her free time likes to be active, go to the mountains and spend time with friends.
We are looking for a woman (28-34 years old) who enjoys a balance between personal space and occasional shared time together.
