I am looking for an easy-going person (whether a woman or a man) to share my flat just for the month of June.

There are 3,5 rooms in the 86 sqm apartment which we jointly share. The entire apartment is very bright and warm, largely hidden from view and has wooden floors. The apartment has cable TV and WIFI as well as a small balcony. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Your room is equipped already with a bed with a mattress, bedside table, clothes rack and armchair. There is both a shower and a bathtub and 2 toilets in the flat.

The shared kitchen and common living room are also fully furnished, there are enough crockery, plates and glasses as well as plenty of storage space in both the kitchen and the basement.

The apartment is very centrally located with good connections to public transport, the ETH university, the main train station and the airport.

The rent is all-inclusive, no additional costs will come on top.

Wir teilen uns gemeinsam 3,5 Zimmer, die gesamte 86 qm Wohnung ist sehr hell und warm, grossteils uneinsehbar und hat Holzfussböden. In der Wohnung ist Kabelfernsehen und WIFI vorhanden, es gibt einen kleinen Balkon. Im Kellerabteil ist eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Dein Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert mit einem breiten Bett mit Matratze, Nachttisch, Kleiderablage und Sessel. In der Wohnung gibt sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.

Die gemeinsame Küche sowie das Wohnzimmer sind ebenfalls bereits voll möbliert, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Teller und Gläser sowie genug Stauraum sowohl in der Küche als auch im Keller.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, die ETH Universität, den Hauptbahnhof sowie den Flughafen.

Die angegebene Miete versteht sich all-inklusive, es kommen keinerlei weitere Gebühren oder Spesen dazu.
