I am seeking someone to take over my 2.5-room apartment in Lausanne from April until January 2026. The apartment is located in the city center and has easy access to public transportation. It is currently empty, with only kitchen furniture included.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and is available for 1,150 francs per month. I will only consider applicants with a regular salary who speak either Portuguese or English.
