We are a small group of photographers, graphic designers, and architects, and we have some free workspaces available in our large premises

Available for subletting immediately or by arrangement:

• 2 workspaces for freelancers (available immediately)

• 1 separate workspace with multiple workstations (by arrangement)

Shared use of small tea kitchen and toilet, heating costs/building maintenance included

Use of furniture, internet, meeting room possible: conditions by agreement

Quiet business preferred, such as architecture, design, journalism, graphics, photography, literature, office work, etc.

Since we all work fairly quietly, the workspace would also be suitable for studying

Monthly rent per single workstation: CHF 350

Monthly rent for workspace: CHF 950

(Electricity costs will be split according to IWB billing)
