Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen

I am renting out my 16m² WG room in a 4-person shared apartment.
In our shared apartment live a female law student (Bachelor), a male law student (Bachelor), and a PhD student.
The sublet period is from August 2025 to January 2025, possibly until mid-February 2026.
The room is furnished: bed, bedside table, desk, chair, shelf, wardrobe, clothes rack. The furniture rental is included in the rent.
All other additional costs such as heating, water, etc. are also included.
The apartment is located directly at the Schülerhaus stop,
the marketplace is about 3 minutes by tram and 10 minutes on foot.
The university is between 15-20 minutes on foot and about 15 minutes by public transport.
