We are looking for someone (m/f) who enjoys living in a cozy shared flat and is friendly in their dealings.

We are three working, open-minded people (32-33 years old) and value cleanliness and order; a cleaning lady comes every two weeks.

Your room is 21m2 large, with parquet flooring and quite cozy.
With you, we will be a 4-person shared flat; in a furnished 5.5-room apartment with balcony, large living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.

Important:
The room is available immediately and is limited to the end of August 2025 (possibly with extension). The room is sublet.
