In the heart of the city of St. Gallen, just five minutes from the train station, there are 45 wooden modules in Lattich, ideal for freelancers and small businesses from the creative industry. Nestled in the temporary Lattich district, the small-scale workspaces provide an ideal place to operate in an exciting, lively, and somewhat different environment. Shared living and working spaces, as well as meeting zones, allow for spontaneous, casual conversations and foster innovative projects.
The modules have been occupied since April 2019. A wooden module covers 28 square meters and costs CHF 618.80 including VAT, additional costs, electricity, heating, and internet per month. The wooden modules can be used individually (27.6m²), in pairs (57 m²), or in groups of three (86.5 m²). The module building is three stories high, with access via stairs, elevators, and walkways. Water and toilet facilities are available on each floor. A rooftop terrace, outdoor space, and a meeting and conference room are shared. The wooden modules are rented in their raw state, and floors and walls can be freely designed.
