- Kitchenette and lighting can be taken over from the existing tenant (tenant expansion)
- Toilet facilities for shared use
- Passenger lift and large goods lift available
- Underground parking spaces can be rented for CHF 110.- / month
- The NK advance payment is CHF 25 per m2/year
- All amounts plus statutory VAT
