The project consists of a total of three commercial halls. The first commercial hall has already been occupied by the builder, and now the larger hall and a steel roof constructed in between are being created, which will serve as additional covered rental spaces. The business park is located at the border between Sulgen and Kradolf and is directly connected to the main road. The attractive location convinces not only through its position but also through accessibility via large gates and/or through the underground garage with an entrance height of 3.5 meters. Bright and very high rooms are being built. The 1280m2 commercial/industrial spaces on the ground floor have a room height of almost 7 meters and could, for example, also be divided into two floors. The upper floor has a rental area of 1310m2 and has a room height of 3.5m. Additionally, 1540m2 of covered outdoor areas are being created, as well as a large underground garage that can accommodate, for example, motorhomes and about 50 other vehicles. A goods lift, toilets, and technical rooms are also planned. All rental spaces will be rented in shell construction and can be individually and custom-built by the tenant.
