3.5 room apartment 3rd floor (with elevator in the building) with central location (within walking distance, e.g. not far from the train station, to the city center) in Langenthal, available from 01.10.2025, looking for a new tenant.
The building was completely renovated in 2022 and is modernly designed and was first occupied by us (modern kitchen and appliances, underfloor heating, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Another comfort of this apartment is a storage room within the apartment itself, which includes storage space and a washing machine as well as a dryer.
