The suite has its own double bedroom, bathroom and living room...and 2950 chf/ month includes ALL BILLS viz. heating, water, electricity, Wi Fi internet access, Cable TV, bedlinen, towels and the use of a fully functional kitchen including all mod cons, crockery and cutlery ...so all you have to do is bring your personal effects. This triplex is part of a quiet, charming and centrally located townhouse in one of the most upmarket parts of Zug with bus stops, good restaurants and a supermarket located at its doorstep. Zug train station is a 5 min taxi ride/ 12 min walk away....if you don't feel like taking the bus.
I am a busy, senior executive and work/travel a lot (am away over 50% of the time ) so the flat will be yours most of the time. However, if I am in town at the same time as you, there is a 1% chance that we might bump into each other in the kitchen, as my bedroom, shower, guest bedroom and lounge are on this triplex's upper 2 floors but they don't have a separate kitchen. I only use the kitchen at 10am and 6pm if I can actually be bothered to cook so social distancing should not be a problem. This potential use of the kitchen twice a day explains the almost 40% discount to a similar space in this part of town. Ideal for a NEAT, MALE or FEMALE professional who appreciates elegant living and would rather not be cramped into a small, cubic space in one of this city's grittier areas or for someone relocating.
Maid service and garbage disposal is included when I am in town....but is limited to cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room .... so putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher and changing your bedlinen/towels (washing machine/dryer in the kitchen on same level) remain the tenant's responsibility. Minimum stay 3 months. Cleaning charge upon exit : at least 300 chf. A 1000 chf refundable deposit is required in all cases. Parking is only available at the Casino or Frauensteinmatt parking garages (both about 150 m away) and costs 210 chf/month. Bookings only confirmed upon receipt of scanned copy of passport and wire transfer to account number that is provided once the contact form is filled in. Receipts provided.
Please note that to get a residence permit in Zug, one needs to provide a lease of at least one year so the landlord is open to signing for a year with a break clause after 6 months should things not work out on either side. NO FULL TIME COUPLES. NO PETS.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE that the landlord-who owns the building- is happy to let tenants share the use of a nicely furnished conference room on the ground floor of the same building for an additional 250 chf/month......if you need to host business meetings regularly, that is.
