It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving my charming loft apartment and am therefore looking for suitable tenants who would like to live in this gem from August.
The loft apartment on the first floor has a sensational view of the large Moos and the Alps and gets a lot of sunlight all day long.

A large covered balcony and a private garden are perfect for great summer nights.
There is also a shared storage room for bicycles and garden equipment, a cellar and a storage room in the apartment, as well as parking spaces in front of the house.
The apartment was freshly renovated in 2023 and has a very high standard of construction with modern visible subfloor, underfloor heating and bright real wood planks in the gallery. The spacious bathroom has a cool walk-in shower with rain shower as well as your own washing machine and tumble dryer. All roof windows have blinds and it didn't get hot under the well-insulated roof either.
Täuffelen train station is within a 5-minute walk and Lake Biel with a private beach for residents of Täuffelen is about a 20-minute walk away.
