I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 2.5-room apartment, which I have been able to occupy as the first tenant since autumn 2024. The apartment is very bright and spacious, with a great floor plan. Ideal for a single household. Having only lived in the apartment for a few months, the standard is still comparable to a first occupancy. The neighbours are never heard. The sun shines from late morning, through midday until late evening. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet (the train only runs every 30 minutes and is barely audible, practically inaudible with closed windows). The kitchen and bathroom are bright and very modern. The apartment has everything you could wish for. The kitchen equipment is also modern and easy to use. The utility room offers optimal storage space for boxes, supplies, clothes or anything you don't want to store in the cellar. The apartment also includes a rather large cellar compartment. You are welcome to take over/buy some of my furniture, as I had it custom-built for this apartment (large wardrobe,...). In addition to the 2.5-room apartment for CHF 1'830.- gross, a garage parking space was also rented for CHF 170.-. A subtenant is also sought for this (not compulsory in connection with the apartment).
